Have PCOS, Irregular Period. Prescribed Duphaston. Should I Continue It?

HI I was prescribed to take duphaston to kick-start my period. I have PCOS. However i've been having a period after cd15, so for this month I have had 2 already and I am on my third period already.

OB said I had to take duphaston on CD18. Yesterday was my CD18 so I took my first duphaston. However, I got my period today. Should I stop with the Duphaston or just continue and finish with the 1 tablet/day for 10 days?
