Have PCOS, Cystic Acne, Red And Dry Cheeks And Chin. Vitamin B Deficiency?

My 33 year old daughter has severe PCOS. She has terrible cystic acne for years and has seen many dermatologists. Now her skin on cheeks and jaw and chin is very red and dry, but with large pores also. She is not on hormones. She works 40 hours a week ad a high stress job. She still gets an occasional cycstic "zit". She has seen multiple Dermatologist and refuses to go back. Now she has developed red, open small sores that almost completely surround her lips. Vit. B deficiency? Lots of muscle aches, Migraines. She has recently put on about 25 pounds. Concerned Mom and angry daughter who describes herself "as a freak" when I tried to talk to her about it.
