Have PCOS. Having Bleeding After Using Fingers. Suggest

Hi I'm 16 and I was told by an atolencent doctor that I have PCOS and this past weekend I went to my boyfriend's house and he ended up having his fingers in me down there (and this isn't the first time we've done this) but after we stopped i starte bleeding down there heavily and i don't know what I should do please help this happened Sunday at 3am and its now monday 6pm

Hi,
Thank you posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.

In PCOS, heavy bleeding is one of the main signs, so if you havent been taking your medication, that would explain why you're having this bleeding.
Another possible cause is that your boyfriend was a little too rough with you and ended up hurting you down there, but I doubt that this is the reason, because it would have had a little bleeding and some soreness but not heavy bleeding.
As such start taking your medication regularly and you should be alright.
