Hello,
You can get done culture and sensitivity for the infection , if it came out to be MRSA then you can see the culture and sensitivity report and discuss with your doctor regarding the need for and the category of antibiotic that can be taken.
You also can use normal saline nasal sprays which are non medicate and are for nasal wash.
In addition you can discuss with your doctor for the use of local cream in nose like Mupirocin.
Local treatment in nose is more beneficial in such infections than using oral drugs , so that the required medicine act directly.
And most importantly --- AVOID NOSE PICKING
