Have Lesions Inside Mouth And Body Leaving Crusty Brown And Black Specs And Discolored Skin. Cure?

I have had lesions for over two years. I would have accepted that they are my imagination until a dentist would not clean my teeth as he said te same lesions were inside my mouth. After the skin breaks and lesions start to heal, crusty brown and black specks can be wiped away I am very diligent in my hygeine habits and cannot figure out what this is. The infest moves from one leg to the other than one arm to the other then onto my back, etc. Sometimes I will not have any problem for a few weeks but it always returns. In places where it has not returned, the skin has been discolored in large patches going from one side of my back to another. Can you help me?

Hello,

Thanks for writing here.

Crusted skin lesions with oral cavity involvement suggests immunobullous disorder.

Your case history point towards pemphigus.

It is a chronic disorder and long run course is required.

It requires systemic steroids and other immunosuppresives.

You need to consult a dermatologist for it.

I hope this will solve your problem.Take care.
