Have IBS. Have Back Pain, Semi-solid Bowel Movements, Stomach Cramps, Burning, Nausea, Dizziness. Help

Morning
I've been off work for days now with a "stomach bug", however I also suffer with IBS so it's very hard to tell the difference. I am experiencing terrible backache with this which doesn't normally happen with either stomach bug or IBS with me? My bowel movements are semi-solid, (sorry for tmi) and although my stomach is cramping and burning it seems to be taking a while to actually move anything from my bowel? I feel very sick with it right now but have had nausea and dizzy spells for about two months now along with frequent urinating - normally visiting the ladies room on average 6-8 times while in work, (I work in a school). I've had varying symptoms typical of pregnancy, (I'm a mum of two teenage boys so recognise the symptoms). I do have the mirena coil fitted which can probably explain that my last two periods have only been spotting, however my mother fell pregnant on her coil 25 years ago with my brother. A month ago I took some pregnancy tests - one had a faint line followed by many negative ones including a blood test from my GP which came back negative also.
I will be grateful for any help or advice you can give please, many thanks, J.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be due to irritable bowel syndrome, or may be due to amoebiasis. It needs to be treated on this basis, so i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, mefenamic acid, dicyclomine hydrochloride, omeprazole, domperidone, and amicacin injections for 5 consecutive days.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
thank you.
