Hello and welcome to HCM,

The history that you have mentioned suggests a diagnosis of poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
The presence of hirsutism, and presence of multiple small follicles in the ovary are characteristic of PCOS.
You need to take up some more tests to confirm or rule out PCOS.
Blood tests- LH/ FSH ratio, testosterone levels need to be done.
A high LH/ FSH ratio is characteristic of PCOS.
This condition is managed with medication.
Clomiphene citrate is most common drug prescribed in PCOS.
However, you need to consult your doctor for prescription of the drug.
The features of hirsutism will resolve after treatment.
In PCOS there is failure of the follicles to mature and relative insulin resistance.
These abnormalities are also treated by this treatment.

You need to consult your gynecologist for further work up.

Thanks and take care
