Have Hepatomegaly With Fatty Infiltration. Done With Blood Test. Suggest Proper Diet
I am a 43 years old lady. My cholesterol level is 162mg%, triglyceride level is 95mg%, HDL cholesterol is 43mg%, LDL cholesterol is 102mg%,VLDL is 17mg% and glucose[F/R] level is 76mg%. After sonography it has been found that I have Hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration. Please suggest me what precautions and diet should I follow.

Regular exercise and diet will help. Repeat Lipids after 6 weeks.
Weight reduction will help fatty liver - are you overweight?
If the Liver Function Tests are normal, no cause for concern - repeat after 1 year.
