Have Hemorrhoids. Why am I constipated? Is fibrous food not sufficient?

im 28 years old and i cant poop.....I eat double fiber bread and vegies, my diet isnt that bad i dont eat fast food. I have hemiroids but i dont think they are so bad that it would make me not able to poop. Ive had the hemiroids for about 3 years but the pooping problems have been a trouble for about a month now. I dont understand why i can poop

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCm

Sometimes fibres alone may not be sufficient to relieve constipation. sometimes it may be inadequate amount also. So take psyllium fibres too and titrate its dose to soften your stool

In case you are not relieved with fibres only then add some laxative also like syrup cremaffin plus
