Have Hashimoto's, Menopausal. Felt Faint, Dizzy, Nauseous Due To Overheat. Had Headaches. Normal?

I have Hashimotos thyroid disease , I also am menopausal. I found myself in a situation yesterday where I was in extreme heat, with no ventilation. I began to over heat from inside, I felt extremely faint, nauseous, delerious, I had extreme headache and it affected my emotions, it is still bothering me today. Is this normal? How badly could this have effected my health?

Hello

Most your problem seem to be related to menopause. many of these symptoms reduce with time, but if it is bothering your activity, you can consider short course of hormone replacement therapy. Having a thyroid disease, i would also advise to get a thyroid blood test done.
