Have HPV Low Risk. Pap Smear Test Shows Cellular Changes With Inflammation And Squamous Metaplasia. Treatment?

Hi,
Could you plz help me to your best Advise:
I have HPV 11 low risk and in my pop smear test written: I went to Homeopathy and using his methods what's your suggestion? shall I continue his advise or my previous DR who told me to Burn the small warts?
I'm so much in doubts.

specimen type: Liquid based Cytology (LBC)
specimen Adequacy:
50 % -75% of epithelial cells are obscured by inflammation
interpreation/result:
reactive cellular changes associated with inflammation include typical repair and squamous metaplasia
Note&suggestion:
repeat smear after inflammation subside

Hello,
There is inflammation and squamous metaplasia.
This is due to infection(Cervicitis).
This kind of infection should be treated with antibiotics.
Once the infection subsides then perform another PAP smear.
This may give a clear picture. In the presence of infection the results are always difficult to interpret.
Repeated infection and metaplasia carries the risk of cervical carcinoma on a later date.
