Welcome to the forum. You should have been breast feeding your baby for 8-10 hours. Breast feeding suppresses ovulation reducing the chance of your getting pregnant.

You are in a phase when your body needs utmost care and rest. Body takes quite some time to get back to the pre-pregnant state. If you are pregnant you will be neglecting your baby as well as yourself.

It seems you do not have adequate information of contraception. breast feeding or healthy reproductive life. Concentrate on getting treated for asthma and get fit. A healthy body can conceive and give birth to a healthy baby.

Your body is not fit to carry on the pregnancy. Recover well and take care of your baby. See a local doctor in an emergency room. Take care.
