Has Smell Of Sour Milk From Body After Sweating. Underlying Cause?

For a couple weeks now my husband has been coming home from work smelling like sour milk. Ive noticed though even at home on the weekends, after sweating a lot, he starts to smell of the same smell. The sour milk smell. He has not changed anything in his diet and Im not sure where its coming from or why but its a horrible smell. Any idea?

Your husband has got an infection of the sweat glands and apocrine glands.
These are normal glands that secrete sweat and hence are active. However in some patients they are hyperactive and hence because of more sweating that part of the skin becomes soggy and a good source of nidus for bacteria growth
What he should do is that he should use clotrimazole powder daily over his armpits and groin area. Also use cotton loose garments and undergarments that soak more of sweat
