Has Low BP(85/56),pacemaker At 70, On Amiodarone, Dizzy And Sweaty.

Low blood pressure. 85/56. Pulse 93. On blood pressure machine at home. Has a pace maker set at 70. On amiodarone 100 mg daily. Dilatrend 25 mg. avapro 25 mg. warfarin 3/4 mg daily. Quiet day. Dizzy and sweaty. No pain, no fever. What is the problem here .. Is this a concern? Is he just tired ? 60 year old.

Hypotension with pacemaker placed presenting with dizziness and sweating is always worth examination and assessment of pace making. Get him to an electrophysiologist and check the programming of the pacemaking activities. If that is ruled out then all clear. But better to be on the safer road. Get the function of cardiac profile assessed.
