Has Cyst In Thigh And Leg. Bruising On Wrist And Numbness In Hand. Should We See Doctor?

Hi, my girlfriend has some oddness going on and it's starting to worry us. First she had a cyst form on her right thigh, got it checked by a doctor and the response was pretty much 'wait and see if it goes away'. Then a second one formed in the same spot on the other leg. A few days after that we noticed bruising on her right wrist that neither of us can explain and tonight she started having numness in her right hand and a bit on the left, all gradually. Should we be going to the ER?
