Has Blood In Poop. Why Body Odor? Growing Breasts. Help

My daughter is 10 years old. Every month, almost like 29 days or something she will only have one drop of blood .This has started since 3 months ago. The last time was the longest 5 days. Not one drop. It just happens after she poops then wipe and a spot of blood. She had discharge for about 5-6 months.Shewent to the doctor 4 months ago they said maybe and she has hair but a little. She has body odor and uses deodorant. She sometimes have minor cramps and goes per urinating more often than before. Is this her period??She is almost as tall as me. And I assume she was growing breasts since last year because they were hurting and feel jiggly when she does exercise or runs at P.E.

Anesthesiologist 's  Response
It seems she attained menarche. As the little pubic hair and growing breasts suggests this . Kindly check the haemoglobin as it influence the amount of bleeding. Have a check with gynaecologist as there may be some times problems with development of external genitals. And body odour also a feature of secondary sexual character.
