hi,
you are suffering from a very common teenage problem namely acne vulgaris....before coming to the exact treatment, i would like you to follow certain precautions:
1. Avoid using any oily creams or lotions over face as much as possible. you can however use oil free moisturisers

2. Wash your face frequently inorder to keep it dry

3. Drink plenty of water

4. Try to avoid eating dry fruits

5.Avoid touching or squeezing of pimples

6. Avoid Hair oil

7. Always use a sunscreen (SPF> 26) when going out in the sun

Now, you are using clindoxyl( combination of clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide) along with tretinoin....First of all, i would like to tell you to avoid using clindoxyl at day time...benzoyl preoxide is known to cause photosensitivity and irritation when used during day time....which is what is happening in your case....so the best thing can be to use both of these medications alternately ie you can apply clindoxyl one night and tretinoin the other night.....and remember , you dont have to rub any of these medications to your skin,,,just touch little bit of the cream to the affected region,,,never rub it,,,,

All the acne scars will improve once you use a sunscreen regularly along with tretinoin,,,,if this doesnt help, then there are many more modalities of treating these scars like dermabrasion, chemical peels, lasers etc....for this, you will have to visit a dermatologist...
hope it helps
