Hi Doctor, Good Evening. My query relates to inquiry on heart artery blockage ... My mom who is 50 + has 85% blockage in one of the arteries. One of cardiologist has suggested her with following medications : Nitrocontin 6mg , Ecosprin 150mg, Promolet XL 100mg, Xtor 20mg, Macalvit 500mg ^ Rejuneuron. Please let me know your suggestion about above medications & some advice about going for angeoplasto surgery. Thanks

The cardiologist is trying to treat your mother conservatively and probably she can be managed with medicines.
Think about surgery if symptoms do not improve or they worsen.
