Hard Time Breathing With Weakness Of A 18 Years Old Female
Hi, I am 18 and I am a female. Lately out of the no where I have a hard time breathing, I feel very weak, and I shake. Usually this happen when it is hot or at least I feel very hot. I usually drink cold water and I struggle drinking the water. It usually happens for like 5 to 10 minutes after this happens I am perfectly fine, but I get very scare of what it could be. It happens at least once every month. Could you please help me?

It may be due to low hemoglobin, check ur blood for that.
Does it happens during ur menstrual cycle?
Consult ur doctor for exact reason and treatment
