Hard, painless lump behind ear, neck and throat pain, tingling in fingers. Causes for symptoms?

Hi Doctor, I have had a hard painless lump behind my ear for the past 3 months. I have ear, neck , and throat pains. Im scared that it is a brain tumour . I have these weird feelings in my head and tingly feelings in my fingers. I went to the hospital and got bloods tests done which showed that Im anaemic and a CT scan which came back clean. I m still very worried though. What should I do.
