my 1 1/2 yr old just develop a hard lump under her lower right back jaw area. Could it be dental related since her molars haven t come in yet or is it more of an issue with her lymph or salivary gland(infection)?

Dentist Dr. Ankit Desai's  Response
The Lump (swelling) could be because of some other infection as well if not dental.. Consult with either your dentist or your pediatrician at the earliest as you do not want the infection to spread elsewhere.
