Hard Lump Between Tendon And Thumb After A Fall, Had Thumb Joint Replacement 6 Months Ago

I fell two weeks ago and landed on the palms of my hands I still have swelling and pain with a hard lump between the middle tendon and thumb (it feels rectangular) Had thumb joint replacement done 6 months ago but that feels like fine. Could it just be swelling from the fall and is being irritated by laying on a mouse pad all day?
