Those lumps could just be one of the more common non-cancerous conditions like ganglion cysts

. Infection is also a common cause of swollen lumps in the fingers. There are so many possibilities as to what those lumps might be, and it's really hard for anyone to tell you with any certainty what those lumps are without having actually seen them.
