Hard Bump Above Breast, Feels Like A Bone, Oval In Shape, Non Movable. Causes?

I have a question about a hard bump that I have. It is located above my left breast . It is really hard, and raised up. I can see it just looking in the mirror. It feels almost like a bone. But I don t think it is. It is really hard to describe. It isn t perfectly round, maybe kind of like an oval, about an inch (maybe a liitle less) in diameter, and it isn t moveable at all.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
A hard lump that is fixed to the chest wall is a worrisome finding and needs a direct examination and proper investigations. Such lumps can arise from a breast malignancy or a bone malformation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
