Hands shaking after drinking soft drink, increased pulse. Cause of concern?

I was pretty hungry last evening when I went to the movies. I bought a bag of popcorn and a huge glass of coca-cola. I drank the whole glass of coca-cola and I felt my hands shaking and uneasy. It felt like my Heart Rate increased. Is this dangerous for my health in the long-term? I usually don t drink coca-cola or other such drinks.

The shakiness and uneasy feeling could be because of the Hypoglycemia or low blood sugar levels since you were hungry last evening.

It is also possible that your heart rate increased as you had coca-cola.

Please relax; this is not dangerous to health. Make sure you eat on time and never skip a meal.

I wish you good health.

Take care.
