Hands Cramping When Holding Small Object. What Is This?

My hands are cramping up when I hold a small item for a while, like a sewing needle to sew on a button. Even the other hand when I have to hold the material for a while. I have to put everything down and relax and massage my hands for a while, but that good feeling doesn't last long and by continuing work cramps come back.
I would appreciate very much if you could diagnose this. Thank you very much!

Hello,
Thanks for query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since, how many days , you are having this type of symptoms?
Please get in blood for C B C , E S R ( CHRONIC INFECTION).
Blood calcium level is very important as may be due to osteoporosis,
May be muscular dystrophy, myopathy.
Age factor also play an important role , so mention.
May be an early stage of rheumatoid arthritis,
Consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is also important.
Good luck.
