If you are thin built and has less muscle mass increase protein in your diet. Protein rich food are nuts egg and non-veg. Tremers in hands are due to multiple causes. most common causes are withdrawal from alcohol, hyperthyroidism etc. If you have any associated neurological problems like tingling sensation in hands, any involuntary movements, head ache or loss of balance consult a neurologist immediately.
