Neurologist 's  Response
Dear no kind of puncture is reccomended because no one of them seems to help.I would strongy reccomend you to do an brain electroencephalogram do exlude epilepsy.Second i would reccomend another neurologic examination to exlude miotrothic lateral sclerosis. No need to concern because medicine has made big progress and now many desease or symptoms can be treated.Just exlude those two other desease and then we will discuss about 'tremor' medication.Wish you all the best
