Hand Tremors. Under Treatment For Pd, Psychosis. History Of Head Injury, Seizures, Hyponatremia. Change In Medicine Advised. Recommendations?

My father 73 yr Old under medication for PD and psychosis. Able to move with the help of walker, Trembling of hand occasionally. Orientation and digesation is OK. Having a head injury in 2005. Severe seizure result in clinical fracture of right femur neck in March 2010. Again a series seizure attacks in every 30-40 minute interval lasting for 2-3 Days in October 2010.Severe DVT in left leg in Jan. 2013, The medicines prescribed were Eptoin 300 OD, Velprid 500 TDS, Parkin 2mg TDS, Entacomplus 100 TDS, Cloba 10 OD, Rispond Plus OD .

After Hyponatraemia, Typhoid in April 2013 the other doctor suggested to change Velprid CR 500 to BD from TDS, and stop Cloba 10 and Rispond plus totally. The doctor also included Resalect-1mg OD, Strocit Plus BD and Admenta 5 mg with a dietary supplement Ecozyme TDS in his prescription. Is it OK to do these changes ? , Kindly advice...
