General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

It seems like you need to go to the doctor. Such traumas usually gives bones fractures and according to your symptoms it has happen with your hand. Even if swelling has reduced it does not rule out anything. It is strongly advisable for you to go to the doctor and have an X-ray of your hand. It might need some surgery to fix the fractures and if not diagnosed, you can lose some hand functions.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
