Hi , firstly one needs to know since how long are you having this hairfall and whether this hairfall was preceded by any chronic illness. In your case three things are possible. you could be having telogen effluvium were in severe generalised hairfall can occur. There could be many underlying causes for the problem like severe stress, prolonged fever, prolonged illness, iron deficiency or thyroid disorders. There is another disorder which is known as androgenetic alopecia where there is initially widening of your hair parting but it is a slowly progressive hairfall . Then your dandruff could also lead to your hair fall. What i suggest is get your hemoglobin serum ferritin and thyroid levels done. Improve your diet that is take good amounts of protein in your diet. you could also take biotin and other micronutrient supplements which are easily available in tablet form. use a good antidandruff shampoo containing ketoconazole. hope that answers your question. If there is any other query feel free to question.
