I read your query and I like to inform you that values should be measured against your previous hair profile and your ethnic & familial traits. I am telling you the interpretation of this study with regards to average indian ratios... It would be best to co-relate the results with clinical findings. Your average hair density is 179.6 as against average of 200/cm2 but still with in normal range of 170-220/cm2.
With telogen effluvium, the anagen/telogen ratio has been shifted to 70% anagen, 30% telogen.
This kind of study with supporting clinical data would represent telogen effluvium. Since you are suffering from last 6months, I would diagnose you as a case of starting stage of telogen effluvium.
I advice you to eat protein rich foods with good vitamin rich foods to decrease hair fall at earliest. Avoid stress in life , be relaxed by meditation or relaxing techniques.
Hope I Provided useful information. Best Regards, Dr.J.Kingson
