Lately, I ve been starting to shed a lot of hair. When I m just laying on my bed, I can find over 20 strands all around me. When I m also in the shower, huge wads fall out. My diet consists of veggies, fruits, poultry, and seafood. I do not eat red meat or any dairy products really. I am a nursing student, so I do not get a lot of sleep at times. I take multivitamins and vitamin B complex daily. I do exercise 2-3 times a week.
