Hair Loss, Crown Getting Bald. Taking Medication. Thinking Of Hair Transplant. Recommendations?

Androgenetic alopecia
Crown getting bald
Used minixidil 5% and folli hair for 6 months
Got quite good hair
Stopped medicine, new hair disappeared and crown got more bald.
Now I have started using again the same medicine after a gap of 2 months
It's been 15 days, no result

Completely frustrated
I am 25
Thinking of hair transplant
Problem is only at crown
On other sides, I have got good hair.
Also father has got bald crown.
Please suggest
