Hair loss after typhoid, seasonal. Solution?

hi i am 22 years old i had typhoid when i was 18 years old i lost half of my hair in the front part it cant be a genetic issue because my grandfather my father and my mom all have thick hair, my hair line didnt receed after having typhoid i started suffering from hairloss .Every year in this month of july aug and dec january my hair falls mainly..

I think you are suffering from telogen effluvium which can be caused by typhoid fever which leads to stress on body .
