Hair Fall After Taking Diane 35 For PCOS. Prescribed Fefol. Is It Safe?

Hi I have been suffering from PCOS and i started taking Diane 35 after doctors prescription. My hair started falling after consumption of this medicine. Now I am going to a homeopathic clinic for treating my hairfall. My doc has asked me to take Fefol z(Iron tablets) 3 times a day for three months. Is it ok to take the tablets 3 times a day?
