Hair At The Top Of Head Seems To Be Thinner. Sign Of Baldness?

Hello, i have added 3 photos here. WWW.WWWW.WW WWW.WWWW.WW WWW.WWWW.WW My sister said that my hair is thinner at the top of my head so i have to ask do you think this is a sign of baldness? Alopecia or some other things? I am 23 years old and I wash my hair once in 3 or 4 days. My dad is not bald, grandfather from mum wasn`t bald or so she says. Thank you!

Dermatologist 's  Response
HI ....
could not see the photos
Thinning of hair doesnot necessarily indicate alopecia unless there is a significant hair loss associated with it.Daily 100-150 hair fall is considered normal
Androgenic alopecia is generally associated with family history but may occur without heriditary association

Thinning of the hair can occur due to
thyroid disorders ,pituitary problems ,malnutrition, iron deficiency ,lack of protein
Chronic illness
pregnancy child birth menopause
stress psysical or psychological
chemotherapy or certain medications

I suggest you to get in touch with a trichologist for analysis and treatment which includes
biotin supplements.
iron prepration
multivitamins
minoxidil lotion
Hope this helps you
