Following can be concluded from the given report.

1) GRAM STAIN REPORT : which shows presence of some gram positive and the gram negative bacteria - meaning you have mixed bacterial infection present.

2) WET MOUNT EXAMINATION : - There are presence of pus cell which means your are having an infection but the infection is not from the "TRICHOMONAS" or "FUNGUS". Simply confirms only bacterial infection is present.

Now the first test called gram stain is showing presence of bacterial infection and it will be treated with broad spectrum antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your concern

But i had several question as below:-
1) Is this a serious bacterial infection?
2) Will this infection cause sterility?
3) After treatment, the symptom still occurs.. should i go for testing or medication? If yes, which test should be tested? eg blood test?
