Had unprotected sex without nuvaring. Using it post sex will prevent pregnancy?

I am on Nuvaring birth control . I took the ring out on day 21 had my period but didnt put the ring back in on day 7 I forgot and realized on day 10 and then put a new one in. During that time I had unprotected sex and used no other form of birth control. I now have the ring in. Is pregnancy a possibility? And if so should I remove the ring so it doesnt cause possible complications should I indeed be pregnant?

hi jesagreene,
as you have unprotected sex during 7th to 10 th day of your period there were almost nil chances of being pregnant.
you should not need to remove ring.
remove it on 21 st day of period.
thanks.
