i had unprotected sex with my husband yesterday( 13th day from the start of my last menstrua cycle) and this is first sex after my delivery, after 20 hrs i took idoz-72 . we dont want to have another kid now, so i dont want to get pregnant as of now, iam breast feeding my first child. what could be the side effects of the pill . will it effect my future pregnancy chances ? will it effect breast feeding anyway?

No, if the composition is only progestogen, it will not harm your baby through breastfeeding. But you should better avoid hormonal contraception while you are in exclusive breastfeeding period.
