I had unprotected sex about 45 hours ago with my boyfriend.
He did NOT cum in me, but it was very very rough and I'm not used to something that rough.
11 hours after sex, I could see some pink mixed with my usual discharge.
I have had a very very little for the past 24 hours..
My period ended a week ago.

In view of the rough act as described by you there is high likelihood of some amount of trauma to the introitus. This can lead to bleeding which in turn can impart the pinkish discoloration.
A course of antibiotics with regular antiseptic douching would certainly help.
