there is chances of pregnancy as pre-ejaculate fluid also sometimes can contain spermatozoa,
so you if you crossed your expected date of periods you can go for either urine or blood test for pregnancy,
just because of symptoms we cannot conclude pregnancy,
that could be supportive features in diagnosing pregnancy.
take care.

OBGYN Dr. Minoo Bhagia's  Response

Welcome to HCM forum

Wait for your periods to come and if you miss them do a pregnancy test in urine

If you want to know before you miss your periods then get your beta hCG levels done in the blood which come positive after 11 days of conceiving

Take care
