Had Unprotected Sex. Bloating, Urge To Urinate Frequently, Brown Discharge. Pregnant?

My last period was on 1/14/2013, I had unprotected sex with my husband 1/30/2013. My period usually occurs on the same day every month, so I haven t missed it yet. So, I have one week until my period is supposed to start, but i feel very bloated and need to pee a lot, and I have also experienced brownish/pink discharge . Could I be pregnant?

Hello,
If you have 30 day cycles, your ovulation date would fall around 30th January. Since that is exactly when you had intercourse, you have good chances of getting pregnant, but it is a little early to say so. You can only confirm by getting a serum beta-hCG measurement in serial. Also, if you have spotting now, it is likely that you have a breakthrough; other symptoms are inconsistent. See your doctor if you get a positive result or if the spotting continues or if you miss the period. Take care.
