Had unprotected oral sex. Could I have got HIV?

hello doctor Dr 2 week ago I meet with a sex worker. She sucked my penis for10 sec. I did not fond any visible blood in his mouth and I ve no cut on my panis. Without this do nothing. I do not know the girls situation. I am now feeling tention. Do I affected HIV from girl. Pls help me. I also afraid to test. Pls give me the suggestion. And this is my first time unprotected oras sex with sex worker. Please help me.

Hello dear ,
it is unlikely that with oral sex you get hiv.
The only chance was that if you had cut on your penis.
As you dont have that, be relaxed. You are safe.

Look, HIV is not get transmitted through saliva. Blood and sexual intercourse is the routes of transmission.

So, from this point of view, you have no problem.

There is no chance of transmission of HIV from the girl to you through oral sex.
