Hello and welcome to HCM,
Unprotected sex is associated with transmission of sexually tract infections.
Appearance of red bumps with discharge are suggestive of sexually transmitted infection.
However, since the discharge has cleared away, the discharge cannot be examined at this point.
But you have mentioned that the bumps are still present.
These bumps could be enlarged lymph nodes.
Consult your doctor for clinical examination of these bumps.
An aspiration cytology of the bumps can be performed to look for any evidence of infectious process.
Avoid unprotected sex to prevent transmission of infections.

Thanks and take care
