Had Unplanned Pregnancy, Severe Abdominal Pain, Uterus Swollen. Is Surgery The Only Cure?

Hi. about 4 months back we had an unplanned pregnancy and had to go for MTP . The process went normal but after that we got kind of paranoid and my girlfriend took a little too many of i-pills (Once a week, and sometimes a second pill after she vomited the first). Last month she experienced severe abdominal pain and heavy bleeding during periods. After one month she took an i pill and started having pain and heavy bleeding. The doctor has said the uterus is swollen and can only be corrected through surgery. We are under lot of stress , please suggest

Thanks for the query.

Bulky uterus could be due to many reasons.
Some of them are fibroid uterus, Dysfunctional uterus, adenomyosis etc.
Ultrasound confirms the diagnosis.
Treatment depends on the diagnosis.
All these conditions are treatable. so there is nothing to worry.
