General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
It seems to be u s g report of uterus and ovaries .
the report says that few fibromas detected in your uterus .these are benign slow growing tumors ,may give rise to excess bleeding in periods and irregular periods ..
ovaries are normal and pathology detected in tubo ovarian region .
other things are all right except the leiomas .
please discuss with your doctor regarding the management of the condition that will vary depending on your age ,fertility and complains .
I find this answer helpful
