Had Two C Sections Within Two Years, Pain In Vaginal Cervics, Constipation Problem. Medicine For Constipation?

hi Dr. XXXXX I had two c section within 2 years . In my vagina cervics i feel pain when i sleep & want to change my direction at the time of sleep right and left side . my second c section was since 12 september 2013. and first c section was 5 september 2012. In my first c section i was the heavy bleeding continuing 25 days . i was very uncomfortable those days . in my second c section i have no bleeding it was only one weekand it was having like in my menstruation time . i have the constipation problem medicine which Dr. has prescribed me .
aceta aminophen or
Ibuprofen
MULTIVITAMIN
stool softener
plz advice me Dr.

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

For constipation you should take lots of fibers in your diet by taking lots of vegetables and fruits and may add psyllium fibers. May also take laxative like syrup cremaffin plus which is a combination of milk of magnesia, liquid paraffin and sodium picosulphate. For pain you may continue with acetaminophen and ibuprofen
