Had Tubal Ligation After Giving Birth. Haven't Had A Period Since Birth. Normal? Do I Have To Take Any Birth Control Measures?

I actually have 2 questions. My 1st one is I had my tubal ligation on Nov. 4th 2013 and have still not had a period. I only spotted the 3 days after surgery so I haven't had a period since giving birth Sept 12, 2013. Is this normal? Also, my insurance would not cover me wanting to get Depo shot since I already had tubal at hospital. I wanted this because 2 years before this last child (Sept. 2013) I had the essure and I had my son (Sept. 2013). I got my tubes tied and burned but still concerned. Is there any birth control I could get?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can really understand your concern, first thing is this does not look like pregnancy for sure, but for confirmation you can go for test, second the best contraceptive in my opinion is coitus interruptus if practice in right manner and intime, right time, then gives excellant result no side effects no expenses try this, have nice day.
