Had Total Knee Replacement. Getting Pain. Applied Ice Pack. Normal?

I had total knee replacement six days ago, came home from hospital two days ago, very little pain. using ice pack for swelling , exercising, walking ok, got 90 deg bend. Take haIf Endone 5 mg tab ie 2.5 mg 4 times a day. paracetamol 500mg when required. I m doing well but having big sweats at night, I need to sleep wrapped in towels. Is this normal ?. Hope you can help, thank you
